Welcome to our school!

Xavier Catholic School is situated in Hilbert, Western Australia in the foothills of the Darling Range approximately thirty kilometres from Perth.

The staff and children represent wide cultural backgrounds as well as including children from the neighbouring semi-rural region.

The school enrols approximately 200 children, Kindy to Year 7 and has a staff of 22, including teaching, non-teaching support, administration and groundsman, two assistant principals and a principal.

The school, which opened in 1938, on the old site in Third Rd. Armadale, opened in the year 2005 at our new site in Forrest Rd Brookdale, and will continue to operate within the W.A. Catholic Education System. The new Parish Church and associated offices etc will also be moving to the same site in the near future. The school and parish have close links, complementing, co-operating and collaborating to form one faith community.

The school philosophy, based upon the beliefs of the Catholic Church reflects the values, vision, policies and administrative structure of Xavier Catholic School.
